Poetry of Grief, Loss, & Transformation (4-week online poetry class)

Poetry of Grief, Loss & Transformation
with Jefferson Navicky

Online, Four Tuesdays, September 6-27, 6:00-8:00pm (EST)

It’s been a tough few years, hasn’t it? A global pandemic, escalating climate urgency, war, and rampant racism – we’ve all collectively been though the ringer. Add onto that our own personal tragedies, both major and minor, and it can feel like we’re living in an alternate reality or a sci-fi novel. One of the true gifts of poetry is that it can speak to us no matter what we go through. And it can speak to so many different people. I invite you to join us to talk about poems of Loss, Grief, and Transformation. We’ll also try our hands at writing poems in a supportive environment. And despite the seriousness of the topics, we’ll still have plenty of fun.

This is a series of 4 classes. Open to all levels of experience ages 18+
Cost: range $150-175 for all 4 classes, payable at the start of the first class.

To Register and for questions: artandsoul.wm@gmail.com
A ZOOM link will be sent out prior to the first class.
